As of 26th October 2011 the current version of the 7-series Drupal Content Management System software is v7.9 – this was in the words of its creators "a maintenance release with numerous bug fixes (no security fixes). Several critical bugs with the OpenID have been addressed plus a few new API features." Upgrading to the latest version for your online software is generally wise.
